I submitted a ticket as well. Got the quick automated reply followed by the Hi UNKNOWN automated reply. Haven't heard anything else yet.

AriellaSun, putting your Player ID out like that is ill advised. Use your ally code and or contact EA customer support for your own sake, please.

No offense but ensuring it doesn't happen in FUTURE EVENTS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.  We need it fixed for THIS event.

Same issue. Contacted EA help through the Settings menu. Have gotten NOWHERE! @CG_Kozispoon, please help fix this issue. For THIS event, not just for those going forward. Between this, the unearned Chimeras out there, the 25% bonus mess, and the CHS/20,000 crystal debacle, the user experience is becoming extremely unsatisfying.

I doubt we will get anywhere..im down on two accounts also.
If things cant get fixed by posting a thread in the forum, then it getting moved ,upvoting to get it noticed, then being told submit more tickets , not recieving the missing shards....oh hangon i lost interest already
