To the people mentioning First Order Executioner - that is only a 2 star unlock for the Marquee event.  Everyone who completed all the levels should finish with a 2* character at 20/25 shards for FO Executioner.  That *isn't a bug* and is not the same thing as this issue.

Rose and Holdo are named characters so they unlock at three stars in marquee events, unnamed generic characters like FOE unlock at two.

For named characters everyone should have received a total of 65 shards which puts the end point at 3 stars 15/30 shards.  We got 50 shards, during the promotion from 2* to 3* it appears to have deleted the extra 15 shards.

No everyone should have received 65 shards, which come out to 3* 15/30. 50 shards is 3* even.
