Slowly compiled my support ticket on my phone, only to have the ticket not submit because of some stupid error.

This has happened to me too many times. Take 20 minutes to type a couple paragraphs and will not submit, then my replacement ticket has two sentences

I contacted EA help and they were not able to help. They could only confirm that I received some character shards, not how many or how many I should have.

I think @CG_MindTricks needs to get involved again to sort out the issues between CG and EA help and how this is becoming circular. Not fixed.
