That is seriously the answer? You can't even tell us which part was messed up?
I would just like to say... Called it... Japanese popup free shards all over again.
CG/EA says looking into it and then just sweep it under the rug.

CG should just admit a mistake was made and figure out a solution.  I don't understand why that is so difficult.
