SWGOH Marquee event shard discrepancy [ Edited ]

I found it strange that after all event tiers were done, I ended at 3*, 0/30 and the pack in the shop was for 25 shards.  Which I purchased.  Then purchased a 1,300 crystal pull pack for 7 to push over to the 4th star.  I did it anyway, because of trust.  But if this isn't WAI, I'd like it to be addressed.

They told me the same thing when I came here about a Battlefront 2 bug....in December..... it’s still not fixed

@K_G0sling don’t list your Player ID. Too easy to abuse. Use your ally code instead.

I've also finished at 3* 0/30 on both my l85 accounts. I just thought that this is intentional now...

I experienced the same issue, but I know holding my breath for a resolution will only end up with me giving in and taking a breath.

I had the same thing happen at lvl 82. I didn't even know lower levels were getting 15 more shards until I read this post.

I'm at level 85 having the same issue. 0/30 on my Holdo and Rose.
