I have the very * same issue for MONTHS! Nobody does anything, all support cases I've opened gets closed with a we're sorry autoreply, no fix, no compensation, not a single * is given for * months!... #Dissapointed #frustrated #awfulsupport

Had the same yesterday, in wave 1/4. But not before yet.

Waited for minutes, tried turning Wifi off and on again etc., but it never got responsive again.

I have similar problem with my TB Geo. It happened on Day 1 / Droid Factory / Combat Mission (Separatist 6* requirement).

It freezing on phase 1/4. Herewith the attachment for your reference. Please fix it immediately.

Previously I got same problem in Geo TB. I following all instruction as recommended solution e.g to clean up & reinstalling

but I still having bad experiences. Looking forward for solution.

The same happened yesterday and today, game frozen in round 1 first team I sent in, team lost attempt locked marked as completed. Both times with NS team. Phone is oneplus 3 latest everything... Can't attach screen shots because mobile version of the site is bugged and can't apply images... This issue is for months and I can't believe there's no fix to it and no compensation, however I always reported it here, opened tickets. Thank you for your great support guys! NOT. You really know how to get rid of your customers.
