I had the same issue (G12 Shaak extremely strong). Went into phase 4 with 300+ stacks on B1. Was lucky to survive phase 3.

Glad this wasn’t just me, couldn’t believe my relic’d seps got smashed by the gear 12 shaak ti clones.
