What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. simply in the game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? first game after a day

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? its the server issue like packet loss latency and evrything it get those 4 red options also some times its even dont start it just give an error
What should be happening instead? fixing the server
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? checking the server stabilty maybe in our country or others

and my country is Pakistan city is Lahore and it un playable because of the server issues please give a solution or tell if its Pakistans server issue or apex

I'd like to try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help fix the packet loss issues you've been seeing. A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues after that I'd recommend trying out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you've had a chance to try it out.
