[SE] Configured Stairs Clipping Through Walls

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to Batuu and the Bust the Dust Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Configure any swatch of the Snowy Escape staircase to have twist(s), Place them so that they're against walls. Walls can be painted or not, stairs can have a railing or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? The flat portions where the stairs twist will clip through adjoining walls on multiple sides.
What do you expect to see? Stairs not clipping through the walls.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This is particularly annoying as many of the wood swatches for this pack ONLY have matches for this set of stairs. I've included screenshots so that you can see what I mean, but know that wall paint/railings don't fix it.
