How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All currently released.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game with the Snowy Escape EP installed with a single Sim, once in Mt Komorebi find the starter home featured in the attached screenshot. It should be too expensive to move into.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to purchase lot in EP world.
What do you expect to see? Should be able to purchase a starter home with a single Sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

For some reason I'm unable to purchase a starter home in Mt Komorebi. It says that my Sim cannot afford the lot, but the lot at launch was a starter home and you could live there as a single Sim. This is now not possible, was this intended?
