[SD] Can teleport to secret lots regardless of Wellness skill level [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Spa Day and others
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to the Sylvan Glade and Forgotten Grotto (or just add the corresponding traits), then return to the home lot and Meditate. Click on the Sim and select "Teleport to..." This option will appear regardless of the Wellness skill level.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can teleport to the Sylvan Glade or Forgotten Grotto regardless of your Wellness skill level.
What do you expect to see? "Teleport to..." option should only appear with Wellness skill level 7.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
