[S] Festive Lights not working for the Diya or Rangoli Candles [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but Journey to Batuu, the last three Expansion Packs and a few kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a Holiday with Seasons with the Festive Lights tradition and try to light a Rangoli Candle or Diya.
What happens when the bug occurs? The tradition is not marked as completed.
What do you expect to see? I expect the lights that are for Diwali to count as Festive Lighting for the tradition.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This might be an oversight instead of a bug, but the fact that the Kinara and Menorah from Holiday Celebrations work for the Festive Lights tradition means that it's not a thing where you need to specifically use candles/lights from the Seasons pack. But for some reason the Diwali lights aren't working for that tradition--the Diya and Rangoli Candles. Since Diwali is called a Festival of Lights, I assumed that like with Hanukkah--another Festival of Lights--it's traditional open-flame lighting would count as Festive Lighting for the holiday tradition.
