Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an Evil Sim, have a full Romantic Relation Bar. Must be on Love Day. With This Sim active, select their parent and use the Give Rose social. It will still flag that part of Tradition as completed, even if the graphic never changes as the hover text says they "ignore that part"
What happens when the bug occurs? See above. It is completely possible for them to complete the Tradition this way, despite the one part meant to be Ignored from them being Evil.
What do you expect to see? Probably not being able to fully complete the day Tradition due to their Trait.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Not a mods issue, game thing itself. Seems to be an oversight possibly.
