What happens when the bug occurs? The ring was inside the command center building with no way to get in. We tried with heat shields, but the massive zipline to the top killed us.

While my brothers and I were playing a match ring 5 was inside the command center building cutting off the entry while we were outside with no way to get in. We tried with heat shields, but the massive zipline to the top killed us. They mentioned fixing vertical ring locations near the final rings in an upcoming patch, but wanted to post this to make sure this entry case was on the radar to be fixed.
