Summarize your bug Rey (Jedi Training) is not gaining foresight at the end of her turn when attacking a character with foresight (General Kenobi)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter an arena battle with RJT against a team running General Kenobi. Attack Kenobi with her basic or special assist and Rey will not gain foresight.

I had three arena matches in a row against a team of a fully maxed Emperor Palpatine, Darth Nihilus, General Kenobi, Shore Trooper, and Thrawn. I noticed in the first that Rey was not always gaining foresight after her turn (non-assist). I then noticed it was only happening when she attacked General Kenobi when he had foresight. Her ability states that she will gain Foresight at the end of her turn, not after an attack.
