Revenant respawn bug

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Respawn Beacon near the crack on capitol city
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was being respawned
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Around 3, I'm not sure

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I got respawned from an ally revenant who was in his Death Premonition state from his ult and when I respawned I had Death Premonition too and couldn't heal my shields as I was in death premonition, the totem was destroyed after I got respawned, the timer wasn't there so it was an infinite Death Premonition state
What should be happening instead? Not being in death premonition state when respawned
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As I described in the bug, that's probably the way to make the bug happen again, It happened just once so I don't know if it always happens since the steps to make it happen are rarely satisfied in a normal game I don't know if this happens only if the ally that is respawning me is a Revenant or just any character who had first got into Death Premonition Also, I was respawned with a teammate that apparently wasn't experiencing the issue as I asked him with the in-game chat I was playing Wattson and the other teammate, if I remember correctly, was Lifeline
