Return to Lobby with squad, not finding new game [ Edited ]

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. After exiting game

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? After every match
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) started roughly near end of season 2, i cant quite remember.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? after leaving a watch with a squad, it does not update lobby screen squadmate status (in-game or readied up), or my own ready status. After I ready up it doesn't show on my screen that it readied up, but it does on squadmates screens and enables them to find a game. But I do not get put into the match with them, I get stuck at the lobby screen and get not even knowing if they re getting put into a game.
What should be happening instead? lobby screen show update with squad status and join game when all squad members are ready.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ???

leaving and rejoining squad does fix it temporally and allows me to join one match with the squad, but it happens again after every match. both squadmates never appear to be playing apex in the friends list inside apex and have the screen colour, even though it says that are playing apex in their profile box. all members are appearing online. i have tried reinstalling the game and unfriending and adding squadmates again, but that did not fix it.

Edit: it has been over a month since I put this up now, and I've had no response what so ever.

Edit: also seem to be slot of people getting this same issue ( https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Party-member-preloading-and-connectivity/td-p/8576210 ) and there doesn't seem to be any solution that works. I tried every solution posted on that thread and none of them fixed it. Having to re-host after every game as a 'work around' is just not playable.

Edit: It has now been 4 months and still getting the same issue, there are so many bugs in this game that don't get fixed. Is there any way I can contact someone or find some answers myself?
