I have not had my retroactive apex packs added, I am level 35. I have contacted EA support and they were of no help, the person in live chat claimed that random people get these packs which is not true as the news update says all players will recieve retroactive apex packs (although numbers seem to vary as people have gotten anywhere from 4-29). Again I have already contacyed EA help and they were of no use as the person I talked to didnt even know this update came out and then gave me false info that the news from EA's official website contradicts.
