How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i retired 4 sims in the same day. Today 3 of them got birthday cakes and moved out. 1 stuck. When i try to move him out through family portrait, the option is grayed out.
What do you expect to see? i'd like to move him out.

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

@EA_Mai The update helped a different sim in my household, but the sim I was inquiring about is still stuck there with no option to move her out.
