Results not refreshing in DS TB

Summarize your bug When I deploy, for example, 500K to a specific territory a message with my action doesn't appear and current territory points haven't increased. I have to go off from the territory and select it again to see the results have refreshed and my action message appeared: "Anton23 has deployed 500K".

When you haven't visited TB for some time and when you open any territory it will take a long time to show the actual results. On the screen you can see that someone deployed few territory points. The game will show everyone who deployed or earned some TP for combats until it reaches the last player (tha game show results until your last visit). If you don't want to wait - you have to switch to another territory and then go back. 

And there is also a well bug when platoons aren't refreshed when someone fills it. You have to close current platoon window and reopen it to see the changes.

Please fix these refresh bugs. In LS TB there were no such problems.
