Hi! I’m M1L0T1C, I play the TSM Game (The Sims) on mobile.

I went to play my game to do my daily cooking challenges. During it I noticed my sim, Garrett, rummaging through the fridge during the cooking challenge bake off. I was confused but I went on and continued the challenge.when I was done I went to Get Arya so her and Garrett could go on a date. (I had made Garrett before Arya and has them up to level 4 on the story more the friends with benefits)

However after noticing Garrett wasn’t in the house, I looked all over the Sims world to find him Standing outside the house when I returned.

I was confused but I thought he went out on a small ‘side quest’ before returning home. That was until I clicked him. His options glitched for a bit before he gave the ‘first meeting’ options.

The game had turned him into a NPC?

I have quite a few sims in game and this is the first I’ve seen one glitch into an NPC.

@kustardsalazar Hi, was Garret passive when he disappeared? Is he in your family portrait?

There is a risk to lose passive/NPC household members during Sweet Treat Showdown.

You can try to build a relationship with Garret and marry to get them back to the household if they’re not in the family portrait anymore.

(Better to avoid taking passive or non playable household members to Parkside and Cafe during Sweet Treat Showdown. Also the Business career in Downtown has actions that call your household sims to Downtown.

If you take a passive sim to a town location, it’s good to then see that they return to their home by taking an active sim there also and doing some action there.)
