@SalixCat Not fixed and she's just gone. EA basically said we don't know what happened. Can you imagine?!

List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung Galaxy S7
OS Version 7
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: Made a sim passive for a few hours and when coming back to the game the sim was gone from the family portrait like they never existed.
What do you expect to see? My sim back and a big fix for this feature.

I have now edited my message. In this case, the bug fix will prevent this issue from happening again with other Sims.

It happened to me this week, so its not fixed 😔
