Summarize your bug Relics in Grand Arena are behaving unexpected
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the Grand arena has begun the defense phase, upgrade a level 1 relic hero to level 2 relic. When setting defense the hero will have the new relic level instead of the level 1 relic when the lock phase ended. upgrading the relic after the hero is set in defense doesn't work.

In Grand Arena when the join phase has ended heroes shouldbe locked mods/ gear wise.
Before setting the defense it is apparently possible to upgrade the relics with it taking effect in grand arena.
