Register at ministery of labour always registers active sim

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? almost all.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? use computer, click on career --> register at ministery of labour, then switch active sim
What happens when the bug occurs? you register the self employed career at the active sim. Can even happen to toddlers.
What do you expect to see? to be able to register a self employed career for the sim that clicked on the computer
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I noticed that when you want to register a self-employed career at the ministery of labour on the computer, you always do this for the sim that is active at the moment the action is performed. So if you switched active sims between clicking on the computer and the moment of actually registering the career, the career is registered for the active sim at that moment. I had this happen to my toddler.
