Redeeming google play points is very slow

Summarize your bug I have redeemed in the past and they seemed to show in game almost immediately. Today it seems like it takes an hour or more before the small pack shows credited in game

Hi @scuba75 and thanks for the report.

It is possible that there can be some delay in receiving your pack in game. This is not something that we can control/speed up.

If, however, you do not receive the pack that you redeemed your Google Play points for in game, please let us know and we can check into this for you.

It took almost 4 hours for them to show up.

I think you have to open the game on the same device you buy them on, could just be coincidence. 

However after doing that they started showing up almost immediately @EA_UltraSlide

I have the same issue.. It is usually quite slow (takes sometimes few hours) but this time I've been waiting for more than 3 days..
How would you explain that?
