I actually think that @durden111 might be on to something. Whenever I’ve opened the TW map, the game starts to become more unstable. There’s more lag. There’s more loading time. I could be on the cantina screen. My squad inventory. Gearing up toons. Swapping mods or even in squad or fleet and the game crashes.
Which now leads me to something else.
Last night when trying to battle in the Cantina table, I received an error message which is weird saying I didn’t have enough energy or sim tickets. These screenshots that I took will prove otherwise.
I’d really appreciate it if someone from EA would reply on this thread. Thanks

Hi @KyJoe_Cool et all and thank you for the report.
We are already investigating the increased crash rate on older iOS devices (iPhone 6+ and older) and working on potential improvements.

Same issue with iPads too, crashed 4 times in 2h while trying to do TW and loose all the fights because I cannot finish a fight without a crash.
Also, it often crash in the guild chat so it's not just TW related.
It just crash as I'm typing something, not when i'm submit.

I just had two back-to-back crashes while trying to auto a Mod Battles node. So there's another instance of PvE crash, but also one that is non-replayable, since once the battle starts, mod energy is spent and the attempt is gone. My wonder is if during non-replayable battles an unexpected communication interrupt between the phone and the server might cause the battle to end (in spite of an uninterrupted WiFi/Internet connection). @durden111 's idea of a memory leak could also be possible. although I'll point out that my crashes don't seem to correlate with the number of other apps I have running on my phone. I do see occasional PvE crashes on replayable battles (usually in raids), but these are much rarer.
BTW, @durden111 , I have been experiencing these types of crashes for over a year. So while perhaps the occurrences have multiplied since the past QoL update, there have been problems long predating it.
Your comment on QoL updates raises another issues that I should point out (probably unrelated, but may also be iPhone-6 specific): after each new QoL or server update, my app crashes during startup the first time and has to restart again. Second time almost always works, though. Do others see this?

@KyJoe_Cool : I've had that happen before (the not enough Energy or Sim tickets error, in spite of having plenty of both), but it was an isolated incident that occurred only about three times in rapid succession on a single day about a month or two ago.

Yeah @OldBaldOneKenobi someone on the forums said something that this cantina bug is actually from a while ago. Apparently it’s still happening though.
