Recently started playing Mut23 and cant progress past Start your Ultimate Team.

Summarize your bug I started my team as the game makes you do and when I finished the mission and bought the cheap packs it did not complete it. Now I can not progress in the field pass and I can't even see the competitive pass. I can't still play solos and get stars just no xp. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how it's replicated.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not earn xp but I can play solo challenges.
What do you expect to see? To be able to play normally and earn xp.

I do not know how to replicate the bug. I have two friends that can play normally and one friend that doesn't play much that this also happened to as well. Any help with resolving would be great thank you.
