Received wrong rewards crate-SWOGH

I achieved 545 keycards (unlocking crate 6) but only received rewards for crate 5. Please correct and send correct amount of Maul shards.

We checked the logs available to us and according to them, you achieved 542 keycards, leaving you 3 keycards short of the Tier 6 crate. The tier 5 crate you received is the correct one.

It showed the crate 6 reward with the red crate on the end. I had calculated to grt to 545, which I achieved. 

This is very disappointing that I did achieve it. I guess I will have to take screenshots moving forward it prove it. 

Can you show me your log because I was at 531 shards and then achiever the 50 DS team battles (14 key cards) to hit the 545

I was 26 keycards short of crate 6 and did the Darth Maul and Savage for 12 and the 50 DS for 14. Giving me the 26 keycards I needed (and also stopped my conquest advantacement because I had achieved crate 6)
