Summarize your bug I received duplicate chemistry and image tokens for my Ryan shazier that I currently have at a 97 overall.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you go to my collectibles you’ll see those two chemistry tokens that I have no use for.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot upgrade my Ryan shazier properly.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully EA can replace those chemistry tokens with upgrade tokens.

I was told I’d be contacted by a developer. To help fix my issue, But I guess not. They must not care about their small community.

did you buy the 90$ version when it first released(pre-order)? if yes then you received those two, the boarder upgrade and the 92(i think this one was one) overall upgrade automatically. meaning that you will have duplicates if you complete the online game wins necessary to receive them. I go the chem, boarder, and image upgrades upon release.
