Where is Bobby Hull in HUT Monthly Collectibles? NHL 19

This is happening with me right now with the PK Subban. I have 80 april collectibles but cannot submit the ×65. I have 4.5 hours left and cant get the card I grinded all month for.

Have you completed the Tier 1-4 sets?  (i.e. Do you have the x65 collectible?)

I realized I had to do those tiers first, thank you. For the Messier card I just submitted 30 collectibles so I assumed thats all I had to do for this one as well. Thank you for the feedback!
