Razer Chroma DeathAdder Mouse issues. (Caused by Chroma Addition)

★★★ Newbie

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? R2card
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. N/A
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Shooting/ being around shooting
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? About 10, then it began frequently.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 3/19/19 18:30
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Since the addition of the chroma update (which I love) something about shooting (or being shot at) and the way it works with the lighting has caused my mouse to stop working completely until I unplug and replug it in. (With the most recent occurrence of it while trying to get footage I had to reboot my computer to make my mouse functional again) These mouse issues only occur during play of APEX.
What should be happening instead? My mouse should be working.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm using a Razer DeathAdder Chroma mouse Model no. RZ01-0121 and when I am near shooting or engaging in it my mouse completely stops and keeps holding the last button I was pressing (if any) when it breaks.
