So, I was playing ranked matches and won a match and the other one I placed top #3, but somehow I realized after 2 matches I didn't get any RP for these. It literally didn't count. If i press to match summary (in the lobby) it doesn't show me the match i just played, instead some older match. I'm not sure if this is known or anyone else is experiencing this, but I'm a high-tier ranked player and wanted to start grinding for Masters in Season 6 again, but this is not acceptable. I literally didn't get my +200 RP in the 2 matches I played and it's frustrating. What's the point of playing ranked when this doesn't even work? I should've gotten my points, instead i get back into the lobby without ANYTHING. I cash alot into this game and I want it to work.
Question: How do I know I didn't get any RP?
Answer: Very simple. The ranked RP bar (where you can see your points) is still the same after 2 matches, but somehow the points bar in the lobby (above the Legend) is there where it should've been all the time.
this screenshot below shows the problem (see yellow marks):
as you can see in the picture above, the RP bar above the Legend is where it should be, it's correct. But you can clearly see that the RP bar on the left side is still at the beginning. I won one match and the last match I played Top #3 with maxed out KP.
Check this or give me my points I just earned. It's really frustrating to see that nothing changes after 2 matches. Idk what to say, it's unplayable like this.
Hey @DoIlarTreeAceu.
Have you had the chance to play any additional matches since you first reported this? When ranks reset for a new season or a mid-season split sometimes we see issues with the rankings displayed in the lobby not syncing up. Usually playing a few rounds of ranked will realign them.
Are you still seeing a discrepancy between the ranks on your side?

It happens to me every day, exactly as @DoIlarTreeAceu described it.
Yesterday was one game in ten.
Today it is half of the game.

If it can helps you, I experienced a special case due to this bug.
When I went platinum this bug happened (twice).
The RP bar above the legend was platinum but the RP bar on the left was gold.
When the next game started, I found myself in a platinum lobby but only paid 24RP (as a gold player).

I see this happen pretty often whenever there's a rank reset. Have you tried playing any matches since you noticed the ranks weren't matching up? Have they synced back up for you?
