What happens when the bug occurs? When I finish a ranked game it doesn't count. It didn't give me the point. It happened to me 3 times but nor in a row. It seems like the match didn't count at all.
What should be happening instead? He should give me the point for kills and assits

In the bar under my name you can see the points that I didn't recive because the bar is longer that the point counter in the left bottom side in the screenshot.
The thing is: can I retrive the points I lost and how can I fix this bug?
