Users receiving wrong rank after season reset

@XHelperZ I was Diamond 4 at the end of Season 15. At the beginning of Season 16, I was placed the correct Gold 2. Played 2 games and was miraculously Silver 4. I did the math and I would have to get 200 RP, 19 games in a row to even reach the rank THAT IM SUPPOSED TO START AT. My friends are already Platinum and It’ll take me a couple days to even be able to play with them. It’s ridiculous.

I got up this morning for the update, started at silver 2 from plat last season. Played one match and got demoted to rookie 4, played all day all the way up to gold 4 again, as of 10pm here. I was demoted again to rookie 4. This sucks.

I was bored so i played a bit ranked got from Rookie almost to Silver, and now last game i got de-ranked to Rookie 4 again... not cool respawn/ea

Okay last season I made it to plat 3. When I got on after the new season I was silver 1. When I joined a match it booted me down to bronze 3 where I stayed for a couple matches, then it changed to rookie 4 the next match. Is this fixable cause every time I start getting rp it glitches and sends me down several ranks. Like honestly going to quit playing at this point if this isn’t resolved.
