Users receiving wrong rank after season reset / Rank resetting to rookie

the season rank reset just worked fine for me but after I played like 3-4 games I got completed reseted to rookie 4

I finished plat 1 last split got demoted to gold 3 i was playing until I got gold 2 then randomly got demoted to rookie anyone know when this will be fixed

What happens when the bug occurs? So I played yesterday and got reset to silver 2 (from plat 4) as usual, but I've played a few games today and I've been reset to rookie 4 with 0 rp.
What should be happening instead? I should be SILVER 2
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, surely its a problem with the ranked servers...

So I got reset to silver 2 from plat 4 yesterday, no problems. Today I have a few games in silver 2 (didn't go up or down rank because I get +/- 20 each game) then I suddenly get de-ranked to rookie 4 with 0 rp. Anyone else having this issue? It happened about a hour ago.

I had this too, I tried restarting my game as I assumed it could be a visual bug or something, but nope, I really lost ~5000 RP and got put at 0.

Demoted to bronze 3 yesterday because of the new split then played around  10 games logged off went back on today around 2pm played a game with Randoms in ranked joined my friends lobby when i loaded into the game it made me rookie 4 when i should be bronze 3
