What happens when the bug occurs? my rank was wiped from silver 3 down to zero RP rookie 4 along with the people on team at the time.
What should be happening instead? not getting all my RP wiped to 0
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you might be able to see how one game i was silver 2 and the next i was rookie 4 also all my rp was wiped to 0
what happened was i was dropping into the map when I realize my rank went from silver 3 to rookie 4 with zero RP, all my RP was wiped away. I was plat before the new season so it reset me to silver 2 I know that part but then after a few games during a match I'm rookie 4, same with the random teamates i had they also were reset to rookie 4. it made no sense to any of us.
