Users receiving wrong rank after season reset / Rank resetting to rookie

happened to me as well, just wanted to play ranked with my new bangalore skin with my brother and friend and now i cant even play ranked mode with them anymore :/

the same thing happened to me, I was silver 3 and then when i loaded ionto next game i was rookie 4 0 RP

Sitting here playing and out of no where I start a game and I’m rookie I go oh it’s probably just a bug it will go away after this game in lobby I was rookie 4 restarted my PlayStation and application a million times and am still rookie wish I could play the game but this bug is game breaking

Same thing happen to me. I started off season 16 with Gold 3. Played a few rounds and next moment i see, i was at 0RP with a (Rookie 4 Rank). I restart the game and it was still the same. 

So i just continue to play till bronze 4, and you know what?!. After that game, i was back to Rookie 4 with 100RP. What on earth is going on??
