Ranked not accessible - Error with Rkd Level

Hey everyone. 

You might need to finish your match with positive RP for it to update. We've heard from a few people who said it didn't update until their RP increased. 

Let me know if that makes a difference for you.

I'm only silver II and my friends are bronze. Why can't I play with them? Above my character in the ranked lobby, my old rank of platinum IV is shown, but on the bottom right it says silver II.

What happens when the bug occurs? my ranked badge above character in lobby is plat 2, whish was last season rank. bottom left of screen is gold 4 which should be this seasons but game thinks i am plat 2. i cannot play with my friends because of this difference.
What should be happening instead? i should be tottaly gold 4 everywhere
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at my account
