1. I Will accept this, but the last One I was second. But the previous one I was the first, and by a large margin. Hope there was no cheating.

Are you checking what it says your position is when you get your rewards in your inbox?

You may be first when you finish your run, but people could be finishing the raid after you (upto an hour after) with a higher score. In the event of a tie higher positions are decided randomly by a seed number assigned at the start of the raid.

If you haven't already done a raid since, you can view the results of the last Rancor raid by going into the raid screen, then heroic tier, and it shows the final results of the last raid.
