Random clothes appearing on sims during gameplay

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Holiday Celebration Pack, Seasons, Get to Work, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Get Together, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Vampires, Kids Room Stuff, Toddler Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Changing outfits during live mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I change my sims outfits during gameplay they are random, and not the outfit I chose in create a sim. There is also sometimes a random pair of pants and no shirt or a shirt and no pants. When I click on my sim to change outfits it shows the origional outfit, but once it is selected it is random. What do you expect to see?
What do you expect to see? My sims should wear the clothes I chose for them in Create a Sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Does that happen while you play them or do you switch households ?

Also, do you have those outfits as extra outfits slots ?
