Hello there,

The counter for 7* Hans requires guild members to have signed in and downloaded the update. You will see this increase as your guild mates update.

We had that at first, too, but after the raid, we checked again and it shows correctly.

My guild has had same issue since September 13. 

Im joing every post on this issue until it gets resolved.
