Don't bother with a help chat. They were the opposite of helpful and ended the chat on us prematurely.

We had done all the proper planning to have resources available to beat heroic again, but now those tickets will have been a complete waste.  This is ridiculous and we need to be refunded our tickets immediately so they are not lost.

Experiencing very similar issue. Launched heroic tier of STR, no join or auto launch selected, still launched with a 24 hour lock. Normally have a 1 day join period on raids but not for this round.

Had this happen before. Another officer made a forum post by recommendation from customer support, but no help, and no ticket refund.

The launch prior to this was successful, but this is the second time it has happened with no solution. I've heard of similar stories but no solution.

Below is a picture of the raid settings once it was launched. As you can see, no auto or join period was selected.

Just had this happen with Heroic Pit. One of my officers had selected a join period on the previous Pit Raid. I turned it off before launching and the join period stayed as it was. Launched a Heroic Tank and, again, it had a join period when none was selected. Is there a fix for this?
