Rage quit so my game has frozen on the viewing of stadiums.

What happens when the bug occurs? doesn't let me get out of the game and it is just showing me videos on the stadium.
What should be happening instead? let me get out and get the win.

Currently playing weekend league and my opponent has raged quit. I haven't lost a game as of yet but it is just showing me different views of the stadium and not letting me continue to collect my win and keep going. It looks like I will have to restart my ps4. will this count as a loss?

Im in that issue now, i think it'll count as a loss if you restart your PS, I'm waiting on call atm... but over an hour apparently, fuming is an understatement

I know mate mine has been on this screen now for 50mins. its a joke really and EA won't do anything about it

@Tattoorhys Hey man, were you able to resolve the problem? Cuz I literally just had this issue, I was up 3-0 and he left and the game is stuck. I’m too scared to leave the game and I really can’t afford to get a DNF because I got 3 games remaining after this and in the need of 1 more win for gold 3, please let me know if you have a solution!

@Tattoorhys Actually i figured it out, you need to wait 20 minutes and then you can close the application, and it should count as a win

@iZat_8  yeah I done the same just quit and I got the win. just a massive ball ache someone, left after a couple mins of my game and I didn't even get the win.

Still happening the issue just isn't fixed

Still happens and here's a way to reproduce (PC):

• Player A is in the lead
• Player B pauses the game
• Player A and B both hit resume game
• Player B disconnects during the 3 seconds that the game is resuming

=> Game will be stuck in the stadium camera

=> Player A won't get a win or loss

Expected behavior: Resume to menus just like any forfeited game.
