Race Results Gone Haywire

Summarize your bug 1) The podium results don't match the actual tabulated race results. (This error has been around for months now) and now 2) The tabulated race results don't match the actual online race. Impossible lap times are being posted after the chequered flag promoting "also-rans" to race winners. (This error has appeared in the last couple of weeks).

In what game mode did the bug occur? Online Career
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Race any online cross-play race to see the podium and/or tabulated results errors. (This happens about 80% of the time)
What happens when the bug occurs? 1) The podium results screen does not match the tabulated race results (this has been a problem for several months now). 2) The tabulated race results screen does not match the actual live race results with numerous errors in lap times by both AI and real players. Some lap times are 20-30sec faster than what is achievable.
What do you expect to see? 1) The tabulated race result should be s true and accurate reflection of the actual race. and then, 2) The podium results screen should match the correct tabulated race result.

For months the podium results don't match the actual tabulated race results (someone who finished way down the field pops up as the winner on the podium screen and the actual winner does not feature). Things have now gotten a lot worse as lots of errors are appearing in the tabulated results. You can win a race with a clear 10+ secs margin but as the other cars finish, they can miraculously jump to the top spot with a lap time that's 20 or 30 sec faster than what's physically achievable. I've even seen a lap of Brands Hatch in 0.00.200 sec !!!
