Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip the outfit and play
What happens when the bug occurs? the fly/moth/bug on the outfit glitches
What do you expect to see? I expect not to see it
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The glitch occurs on the full body male outfit from Realm Of Magic - the one with a fly/moth/bug *. 
it's all good in CAS but it glitches in life mode.
