Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add the fountain object to your lot
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will try to auto fill their hygiene need by using the Play In interaction in the fountain, which does not solve that need.
What do you expect to see? I expect sims to be smart and not neglect their hygiene need because they think a fountain is a better solution.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
