Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Don't know. At the time everything seemed to work fine.

Summarize your bug The questline Yarrow: Shallow Grave doesn't register as completed despite all missions having been completed. In the completed quests tab it lists all missions as completed, but in the challenges tab it says the mission "Contract: First Response" has not been completed, despite what it says in the quest tab. This prevents me from getting the achievement tied to this challenge.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea.
What happens when the bug occurs? Challenge doesn't register completed quests.
What should be happening instead? Challenge should register completed quests.
Don't know what else to add, I just want this fixed so I can get the achievement.
