Summarize your bug When I promoted my night cap to advanced, I did not get my upgrades for it, when I promoted it to specialist, I got the upgrades, I want this fixed as I want spore-ratic in my final build for night cap
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test what happens when you promote your characters, sometimes, you do not get the upgrades, I think it happened because before I got the packets giving me the upgrade, it just crashed and I had to relog
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

Happened when I promoted and then crashed, I gave clear coating but I don’t have spore-ratic

I had this issue when promoting Electric Slide to Master just over a month ago. The server was having issues and when I managed to log back in I had it promoted but not the abilities. Mine got fixed today after a few attempts so hopefully they know how to deal with this bug now.
