I had a similar problem. I purchased $20 in crystals and didn't receive any of them. All gone. I don't know what I should do or who I should contact to help me with this problem.

have you tried the restoring purchases option? I've never had to use it myself so I can't say if it'll work, but it's worth a shot. Otherwise I'd say contacting support is your best bet as they'll be able to check out your account and see what went wrong with the purchase
