Puppies uploaded to gallery not showing in catalogue

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP, Most GP, my first pet, vintage, free kits

What happens when the bug occurs? I uploaded 47 dogs. It says I uploaded 47. But only like a dozen are showing up in my catalogue.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see all 47 uploads
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. They were there before the last update. Not sure if related
I uploaded 47 dogs. It says I uploaded 47. But only like a dozen are showing up in my catalogue. This is new. They were all visible before. I went last night to see if I had already uploaded my 2 newest puppies and noticed most were missing. Where did they go and how do I get them back?
